Is there a pool?
Yes, the property has an on-site pool that is accessible during pool season
Is there a gym?
Yes, there is an on-site gym with free weights, a treadmill, a stationary bike, and a weight lifting machine for 20 different workout options.
Do the units have a washer and dryer?
Yes, each unit has it’s own large washer and dryer so you can wash and dry clothes
Is there parking?
Yes, you get a large two-story covered garage with ample parking for your car or truck. No RV parking, please.
Is there a property manager in case anything goes wrong?
While we don’t anticipate any issues with your stay a property manager is available to troubleshoot issues or assist with an issue.
Do I need a code to access the building?
You will need a code to access the building, another code to access your unit, and a separate code for the gym & pool. You will be given all these codes upon booking.
How many people can the units sleep?
We recommend 6 people per unit, but they can sleep as many as 8.
How many bathrooms are there in the unit?
Each unit has 2 full bathrooms and closet space for hanging clothes
Is there an elevator in the building?
Yes, both units are conveniently located next to the elevator for quick and easy access to the parking garage.
Are there any food options near the unit?
Yes, the building is home to “Tito’s Mexican Cantina.” They are a full-service restaurant with a full bar. Please check their website for operational hours.
What if I leave an item?
You may contact our property manager to retrieve any item that may have been left or lost. You will be responsible for any costs associated for the item’s return.
Do you have Wifi?
Yes we provide high speed wifi for each unit
Do the units have cable tv?
Each unit has access to Youtube TV for a large selection of channels
What size are the beds?
The primary room has a king-sized bed. The secondary room has a queen bed. The couch pulls out to a bed that can sleep two people.
How far away from downtown are the units?
You are 2.5 miles from downtown Nashville or roughly a 7 min uber ride with traffic.
Can we rent both units if we have more than 6 people?
Yes, you can book both units if available to combine as one big unit.
Are the units connected?
The units are not connected but they are next door to each other so accessing each unit is very easy for large groups.
How do we leave a review?
We love reviews! Leave a review on our Google Business page, or leave a review on our vacation rental platform.
How secure is the building?
Our building is extremely secure. Access door to enter the building is required as well as a separate code for your unit. These codes change with each booking. The building also hase cameras with plenty of lighting for night time as well as secure parking.
What time is check in?
Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm. Your secure code will be sent to you at 11:00am on the day of your arrival
What time is check out?
Check out is 11:00am. Your access code will expire shortly after 11:00am so be sure to remove everything from your unit.
WHAT IF I MAY NEED TO CANCEL?
We aim to be as flexible as possible with our guests while also balancing the fact that this is a business and our livelihood. Thus, when establishing our cancellation policies, we chose what we feel is a fair balance for everyone. We ask that you review the policy selected for your reservation and strongly advise protecting your trip with Travel Insurance. We are not responsible for travel delays, flight/event cancellations, weather, or other trip interruptions and cannot adjust rates or arrival/departure times due to any such issues that may arise. No refunds for shortened stays or no-shows. Travel insurance is highly recommended and offered at booking.
CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
Discounts are available for pre & post-night add-on dates within 5 days of the stay, subject to availability, for repeat guests, and for stays of 7 nights or longer. Enter your dates and the discount scale will be applied automatically in the line-item breakdown. We keep our prices fair and competitive upfront; unfortunately, no further discounts are available.
WHAT’S THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Guest receives 100.00% (less $75.00 cancellation fee for card processing fees) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $75.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
Is it pet friendly?
No, our units do not allow any pets, though we love our fur babies
Is smoking allowed?
No, no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the unit.
How many people can sleep in the unit.
We have strict rule of 6 maximum people per unit
Do you allow for extended stays?
Yes! We can allow for stays from few days to a month
